The Halo Suite Extensions offers a curated collection of Raw Cambodian and Raw Vietnamese hair sourced from 1–2 donors.

Raw Cambodian Hair:

Raw Vietnamese Hair:
Burmese Curly
Pixie Curly
Loose Wave
Kinky Straight

Because raw hair is minimally processed and sourced from donors, natural variations in color, wave pattern, curl pattern, and texture may occur from bundle to bundle. These variations are normal characteristics of raw hair and are not considered defects.

Proper maintenance is required to preserve the appearance and longevity of your extensions.

The Halo Suite Extensions operates through limited monthly drops.

Drop opens: 15th of every month
Ordering closes: 22nd of every month OR once sold out
Estimated arrival: 7th–12th of the following month

All orders placed during a monthly drop are processed together as one batch.

For example, an order placed during the October 15th–22nd drop is estimated to arrive between November 7th–12th.

Orders may arrive earlier. The estimated arrival window is not a guaranteed delivery date.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ALL PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to the nature of our products and monthly pre-order system, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged after purchase.

Please carefully review your texture, length, quantity, closure size, shipping address, and all other order details before completing checkout.

Submitting an order confirms that you have reviewed and agreed to the product information, pre-order timeframe, shipping policy, and final-sale policy.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. The Halo Suite Extensions is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, The Halo Suite Extensions is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping carrier delivery dates are estimates and may change after your package is in transit.

All shipped orders include tracking and shipping protection.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, The Halo Suite Extensions is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen.

If a package is lost while in transit, customers must follow the applicable carrier and/or shipping-protection claim process. We will provide available shipment information needed to assist with an eligible claim.

A lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered package does not automatically qualify for a refund from The Halo Suite Extensions.

We strongly recommend that customers receive their hair before scheduling a time-sensitive hair appointment.

The Halo Suite Extensions is not responsible for missed appointments, cancellation fees, rescheduling fees, or other expenses resulting from carrier delays or a package arriving later than anticipated.
