All orders are placed through our secure checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Orders are accepted during our monthly pre-order window, which opens on the 15th and closes on the 22nd of each month. Once the window closes, orders can no longer be placed until the next window opens.

The Halo Suite Extensions operates on a limited monthly pre-order basis. Pre-order items are sourced and prepared after the window closes, so processing times begin from the close of the window rather than the date of your order.

We sell raw Cambodian and raw Vietnamese hair. Because our hair is raw and unprocessed, slight variations in texture, wave pattern, and colour between bundles are natural and are not considered defects.

Product photography is provided as a guide; each bundle is unique.

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering through our secure checkout. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes as calculated there.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes are limited to one use per customer.

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and begin once your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

For hygiene reasons, hair that has been opened, worn, altered, washed, or removed from its original packaging cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve it.

By ticking the agreement box before payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. This confirmation is recorded as part of your order.
